Corruption At The Highest Levels

The Travesty of The Australian 'Health' System

In Australia, Professor Nikolai Petrovsky and his team produced the first synthetic protein vaccine against Covid-19 to receive market authorisation, after showing protection against the Delta virus variant in a Phase 3 clinical trial in 16,876 subjects in Iran. This has been the only successful Southern hemisphere-developed Covid-19 vaccine to date. For three years Petrovsky and his team have been fighting for approval from the TGA to no avail.

Below is a recent letter from Sharen Petrovsky to supporters, summarising the situation so far. It is a familiar story of corruption and conspiracy at the highest levels. No matter what you think about vaccines or viruses, this is a story of tyranny that now, unfortunately, is commonplace around the world and in many sectors.

Unfortunately, the challenges we face in trying to make our safe and effective protein-based COVID-19 vaccine available in Australia have not gone away. In particular, the attacks on us by the Federal and South Australian Departments of Health and through them bodies such as the TGA and Flinders University have been relentless and merciless. The have colluded together to get false and defamatory articles written about us in the media, have bullied and harassed our staff, stolen our research labs, concocted false TGA infringement notices, sabotaged our ability to undertake our vaccine research, lobbied Flinders University to deprive Professor Petrovsky of his academic title to try and undermine his credit as an expert witness in the SA Judicial Review case and refused him an exemption in order to prevent him from entering his laboratory for the last 18 months despite being fully vaccinated and providing them proof of this.

There is effectively no dirty tactic these health officials will not stoop to. We can only conclude that those we are up against, have no morals, ethics, or respect for the law and their only interests are power and money. It is now clear to us our foes are being supported at the very highest levels of the major Australian political parties. This says a lot about the sorry state of Australian politics right now, with both major parties having completely sold out to overseas vested interests.

This begs the question of why are they so terrified at the prospect of a traditional protein-based vaccine that has been shown to be effective with 8 million doses delivery safely and without incident in the Middle East being made available in Australia?

We believe it is because it would potentially expose the largest scale of corruption in Australia’s history with literally hundreds of billions of dollars of taxpayer funds having been spent with no accountability or transparency under the cover of the pandemic and with both major parties complicit in this. Where this taxpayer money has all gone, we will never know without a Royal Commission looking into it and it seems this is something that none of the major parties are going to support, which says everything.

We continue to pursue freedom of information requests to get to the bottom of why we have been victimised in this way for the last 3 years, despite producing the first successful Australian-developed vaccine in four decades. Although they have been trying everything possible to deprive us of our legal right to this information by incessant stalling and refusals necessitating us to continually be lodging appeals, the documents that we have obtained are damning and reveal a systematic campaign led by members of the South Australian and Federal Health Departments to misinform and fabricate stories and TGA infringement notice all with the intent to discredit Professor Petrovsky, our company and our vaccine. Clearly given these circumstances, there is zero chance of any TGA submission we make getting through what is in our view a highly corrupt organisation that is controlled by Federal Health Department that is equally lacking in honesty and integrity.

So it seems we have committed two offenses in the eyes of the our health bureaucrats.

First, we dared to produce a successful vaccine despite all their attempts to sabotage our efforts so as to benefit their chosen favourite, the failed University of Queensland candidate.

Second, Professor Petrovsky saw he had an ethical duty to speak out as one of Australia’s only true vaccine experts and hence agreed to provide expert evidence on the science of the vaccines at various court proceedings in Australia and New Zealand. Notably, his evidence exposed the false and misleading claims being made by the State and Federal Health Departments, including the claims that these stop infection and transmission which as Professor Petrovsky has testified on multiple occasions the science shows they do not do.

Apparently in the eyes of the SA and Federal Health Departments it is an offense for an expert to tell the truth, particularly where this might expose very deliberate lies being told by these officials.

Given what we are up against goes to the very highest levels of the Australian government and beyond, we currently see no light at the end of the tunnel in terms of getting our vaccine approved in Australia, no matter the quality of its data. Nevertheless, we will continue to fight and pursue development of our promising next generation COVID-19 candidate that can be taken orally and doesn’t even need to be injected. Again, regardless of the data we can be confident that the health depts will be doing everything in their power to undermine these efforts as well. In the early days we thought this was just rivalry and egos driving this, now all the evidence suggests it is driven by pure and utter corruption within the scientific, medical and political establishment on a scale we have never witnessed before.

Having the potential to expose this massive corruption, unfortunately now exposes us to extreme risk. We are fighting for the very survival of our team here in Australia and it has been made very clear to us by the SA government that with their federal allies, the intention is to crush us into oblivion, and they are currently aggressively pursuing this agenda.

Amongst everything else we have to deal with, we now have several legal teams looking at how we might be able to fight back, although even they have expressed the view that the system is now so corrupt and self-serving, that the justice system in Australia can no longer be relied upon, and we have ourselves seen outcomes of mandate court cases in Australia that belie belief and are just so wrong.

We are busy looking for new homes for our research but suffice to say with the other side having done their best to defame us, this will make it hard and may push us overseas to escape this tyranny.

We are sorry we cannot bring better news, but our fight is your fight and your fight is our fight.

We are all shocked at what a dark place Australia has descended to in just a short few years but remain grateful for your loyal support, and we will similarly continue to strive to overcome these challenges.

Together we need to advocate for the integrity of Australian science.

Most of all we need Australia to return to being a fair and honest country run by politicians and officials that truly care for the community, rather than just pandering to their egos and stuffing their hip pockets.

I’m personally not interested in any vaccine, traditional or (especially) mRNA-based, but that’s not the point of this story. This is such an egregious assault on true science, and truth more broadly.

Don’t take any of this lying down. The frantic propaganda of COVID-19 may have settled down for the moment, but the danger of totalitarian control is clearer and more present than ever.
