The legal consequences for doctors was one of the first issues pointed out by lawyers right at the very start. It was always clear the gov would throw the medical practitioners under the bus.

wow.

Last year, the AHPRA threatened Doctors, coerced Doctors about anti vaccination messages, including providing info that gives "informed consent".. But now they are saying if the Doctors did not give informed consent, then they can be sued.

WTF?

Looks like AHPRA, the snakes they are, are throwing the people they threatened, under bus.

Who would want to be in the medical srvices now?

Unfortunately, I don’t think it’ll make single bit of difference. All legal challenges will be met with the official line… “it’s covid that’s causing all the health issues.” From there on in… it will continue on in a never ending scientific legal battle which goes back and forth, until finally each and every case is dismissed one by one. They’ve got all their bases covered. Most of the sheep believe the propaganda. The media will never report on it and no doctors will be prosecuted. This is a global tyranny we’re dealing with… and all departments (top to bottom) are fully captured and compromised. Sorry… just my opinion.

In my home country Italy the vax was never officially mandated - you had nominal freedom of choice, just stood to lose your job if you didn’t take it and would get unpersoned elsewhere (no access to public spaces and any non-essential services, travel restrictions etc). I was even willing to concede this was done not out of malice but as a consequence of confused policy and bureaucratic incompetence, as is often the case in Italy.

However, what really prickled my antennas and turned me 100% tinfoil-hat was finding out that anyone getting the shot also had to sign a multi page waiver that effectively relieved the Italian state and health services of any liability in case of adverse events. I believe that’s called taking the f*cking piss down in Oz. I sure do hope to see a legal backlash but as someone pointed out above, They will have thought to cover their backs.
