Here’s one for all the kiddies looking for a bit of spirituality in their lives…
SatanCon 2023
(not much to the ad on YouTube, just circling around Boston’s CBD with ominous bells in dischord)
The Satanic Temple dubbed the event ‘The Largest Satanic Gathering in History,’ in Boston this coming April.
It will be the Satanic Temple’s tenth anniversary and will feature presentations, Satanic rituals, discussion panels, a Satanic marketplace, and a Satanic wedding chapel.
The 2022 conference included such delights as:
“Devil’s Food” with The Satanic Chef – Adam Dodge Ostrofsky
Abortion as a (Religious) Right – Mari Davis
Raising Children in a Satanic Household – Melissa Morley
After School Satan Club – June Everett
I believe Ba’al, Molech and Ishtar will be there as well, but maybe not physically manifest.
Yay for Boston, you progressive champion of pagan death cults.
This is abominable. I am flummoxed and fuming that the Cult of Satan is actively operating in the open, not bothering anymore to hide in the underground shadows, but brazenly holding conferences as spectacles to display their hideous depravity. What venue is hosting them? Oh, I don't know why I'm surprised. Nothing is too low or evil that it cannot be paraded in front of us with pride and acceptance. Jesus help us.
I hadn't really been aware of this particular group before, but it appears to have its origins in 2012, possibly spurred by political motivations as a backlash against Christian visibility and acceptance in public spaces. Years ago I met a few people who claimed to be members of the "Temple of Set" (an offshoot of Anton LaVey's "Church of Satan"), but never attended any events they held.
Wiki says CoS was formed by LaVey in 1966, but the "Satanic Temple" group seems to be something other than an offshoot of the earlier ones.
All of them strike me as a nasty bunch, and that's not even looking at the tenets of their 'religion'.

That is some sick crap.
