[Excerpt Only: October 28, 2023, 11:30am, Sen John Jones questioning Dr Paul Liang on his involvement with MindCloud research and development]

Sen. Jones: Dr Liang thank you for your cooperation with the committee - it’s been a long morning so I’ll be brief. Let me just summarise what I’ve got here so far. Your contract with a subsidiary of the Chinese company, MindCloud, was from 2017 to 2021 as a psychiatrist and expert in behaviour modification… you worked out of their lab in the Philippines for that entire time until your return to the US in November 2021 when the lab was closed down.

Dr Liang: Yes Sir.

Sen. Jones: And at the time you had no idea that this operation was part of a broader plan to inject a bio-weapon into the bodies of United States Military Personnel.

Dr Liang: No Sir. As I stated, this was a behavioural modification program to assist in the treatment of psychopathologies and at no time did I think this was a weapons program.

Sen. Jones: Now you also said that during your time at the facility you had no idea of the lethality of the technology under development, yet you say all of the experimental animals died during trials and that three, that you know of, human volunteers, also died at the later stages of experimentation. How is it that you had no idea of the dangers of this technology? It sounds rather dangerous to me!

Dr Liang: Senator, I was involved in the psychological evaluation of those trials and not privy to all of the data surrounding the experiments, but it is common that lab animals do end up dying in these sort of facilities - I honestly did not know at the time that the experiments were utilising radio frequencies to activate the technology, nor did I know that the deaths of the human subjects in 2020 were as a result of the experiments. I was told they contracted COVID and died of complications from the virus.

Sen. Jones: When did you become aware that you had been involved in a military operation against the United States?

Dr Liang: Senator, at the time there was no indication that this was a military operation against the United States. It wasn’t until after having finished my contract with the company, that I started to put two and two together. And…

Sen. Jones: …Please Dr Liang, go on…

Dr Liang: …Well, late last year my daughter, who was 32 at the time, started to have grand mal seizures for about 2 weeks and then died suddenly… A colleague of mine introduced me to a lot of evidence that it was the mRNA technology in the covid vaccinations that may have killed her…and you have a copy of all those papers and patients in the annex…

Sen. Jones: …yes I see…my condolences to you and your family for the loss of your daughter.

Dr Liang: Thank you sir. The papers... these include, not only the gene therapy of the mRNA vaccines, but the nano and micro technology… if you go to part 3 of the annex there are the patents directly related to the self-replicating nanotechnology and radio frequency modulation parameters involved in the injectable technology. A few of the lead researchers from the lab I was contracted to were also connected to patents, US patents, that described parts of the technology that we now assume was involved in the Navy incident… I’ve highlighted those names in the annex. Senator, I believe the behaviour modification technology that MindCloud was developing included nano and micro technology, controlled by radio frequencies, that either inadvertently or deliberately killed the human test subjects in the Philippines. This technology may also be linked to the deaths of those navy personnel of the 7th Fleet.

Sen. Jones: You mean this tech was the “kill switch”.

Dr Liang: Yes sir, what the media are saying is a “kill switch”.

Sen. Jones: Well, as you are aware Dr Liang, there are reports of high energy radio bursts just prior to the seizure and death of many active personnel of Carrier Strike Group Five. Your last paper, published only a month before this incident, specifically mentioned certain 5G radio frequencies as “modulators of neural networks” that could have potentially fatal consequences. Please explain, in layman’s terms, what you meant by this.

Dr Liang: Well, firstly that paper was not original research, I was simply reviewing the work of colleagues from Europe, Australian and here in the United States. Basically what they found was nanoparticle structures forming in and around the brain stem that had an affinity for radio waves within the frequencies we are commonly using in the 5G network. When stimulated by certain frequencies, these structures in the brainstem seemed to have a modulatory effect on both afferent and efferent neural pathways… sorry… the radio frequencies turned on the nanopartical structures in the brain stem to send signals to the brain and to the body - most often than not this resulted in seizure activity… There’s evidence of similar structures forming in other parts of the brain, but the brain stem, which controls many of our basic functions, seems to be a major target for this technology.

Sen. Jones: In your opinion Dr Liang, was this technology designed to kill?

Dr Liang: Yes I believe so. Initially it may have been behaviour modification, at least from the MindCloud research and development, but it certainly has the potential to kill.

Sen. Jones: Do you believe this is this what killed our soldiers in the Pacific in July?

Dr Liang: Yes Sir, I believe it was.

Sen. Jones: What is your advice Dr Liang, to stop this from happening again?

Dr Liang: Only what has already been done - shutting down the 5G networks and detoxifying from graphene based technology. I’ve laid out all of my recommendations in article 2 there… yes that one… “Mitigation of Medulla Oblongata and Reticular Activating System Modulation From Frequency Activated Nanopartical Control Mechanisms In The Brain Stem.”
