I'm really liking this C. S. Lewis style of writing.

Great job.

agree that the style of writing works to provide time and comic relief while considering the deeper possibility that sales/marketing campaign propaganda masquerading as legitimate dare not question valid science...

has is becoming the new dominant faith based religion which features ease of use as in we do your homework for you...

Another excellent piece of satire yet chocked so full of future truths. You are such a good writer and I’m so happy I found you! Your heading of Escaping Mass Psychosis just grabbed my attention from the getgo and your thoughts, ideas, and writings have been so important to me ever since. Finding this substack is most definitely the best of 2022 for me and your satire is amazing!

I am also entranced by these creative writings. I hope you continue them.

As I am reading, I am reminded of so many events/interactions I have had in the past six months. The National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, on which I sit, is forcing us to watch DEI videos for our training. Also the, formerly named "Standardized (trained) Patients," are now called "simulated patients." In addition, these same trained patients were largely men and women from church groups. Now they consist of many actors. They insert their 'personal style,' using some shocking admissions/proclivities during the examinations. The chiropractic student being tested doesn't seem to miss a beat. Its all very surreal and disgusting.

I am a fan of C.S. Lewis, the Screwtape Letters, and this little series that Lewis' work inspired in the context of the 2020s. However, it bears mentioning that the anti-Christian sentiments of the past century were motivated by the incredible cruelty that Christianity displayed in the past and often continues to display in the present. This is as much the Devil's work as any of the things you rightfully call out in this post. Many of the most ardent anti-Christians are those who grew up under its abuses in households that were Christian, at least in name. I see echoes of the same kind of cruelty bubbling up in the right-leaning cluster of substacks of which this blog is a member, a cluster that entertains many ideas I very much endorse. I'm not one to throw out the baby with the bathwater, but self-knowledge and self-assessment go a long way towards true progress on the righteous path.
